The Return of the Celebrity Chef Series of Classes in Santa Monica, California
These
intimate, limited-run classes feature Anne Willan teaching
alongside a celebrated Los Angeles chef.
Menus
consist of the guest chef's favorite recipes showcasing the best
of California cuisine and incorporating traditional French
techniques.
The classes
are demonstration only with tastings of each dish prepared by
Anne and her guest chef.
Each
three-hour class will be held on Saturday afternoon in June, September
and October.

Advance reservations are now being taken.
Each class is $250 per person and will be limited to 12
students.
Full deposit required to reserve for the June classes. Payment for the fall classes will be required when the dates are confirmed with the chefs at the end of the summer.

La Varenne is now
based in Southern California. We are no longer offering classes
in Burgundy. We will not be offering any classes in France in
2011. La Varenne does not offer professional classes, accredited
or otherwise. Classes at The Greenbrier are not expected to be
scheduled in the near future.
