We are
in the process of setting up a new schedule of classes in Southern
California, La Varenne's new home base. We are no longer offering
classes in Burgundy. We will not be offering any classes in France
in 2009. La Varenne does not offer professional classes,
accredited or otherwise.
We
encourage you to join our mailing list. Look for the small beige
box below the pictures on the right side of the home page. Once
you sign up, you'll receive periodic email updates about classes,
events and Anne's appearances. This is the best way to stay
informed.
